These terms ("Terms") govern your use of flowshow, the iOS app published by RamiruAI ("we", "us"), and the services behind it at flowshow.ramiruai.com. By downloading or using flowshow you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

flowshow lets you arrange your own photos into animated showcase templates, preview them, and export them as video files on your device. The app is provided for personal (and, within your rights, commercial) creative use.

2. Accounts

Exporting requires a free flowshow account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the sign-in information you provide, for keeping your password safe, and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account, which also deletes the draft data stored on our servers (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Your content

  • You own your photos and videos. We claim no ownership of anything you create with flowshow.
  • You give us only the limited license needed to run the service: processing your photos on your device, and — if you use Pro cloud sync — storing the draft's recipe (settings and text, not photos) on our servers until you delete it.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the photos you import, and that using them in flowshow doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law. Don't import content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

flowshow Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Details:

  • Payment. Purchases are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, through Apple's App Store payment system. We never receive your payment details.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Managing or cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions) at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period isn't refunded.
  • Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. If you had a trial on a previous period or offering, Apple may not grant a new one.
  • What Pro includes. Unlimited exports (the free tier allows a limited number), removal of the flowshow watermark, 4K/8K export sizes, and cloud sync of draft recipes. Features may evolve; the paywall always shows what the current plans include and their prices in your storefront.
  • Lifetime. The lifetime purchase is a one-time unlock that doesn't renew or expire.
  • Refunds. Purchase transactions are with Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Purchases can be restored in-app via Restore Purchases.

5. Free tier

Without Pro you can export a limited number of videos, watermarked, at standard resolutions. These limits are our choice and may change; the app shows your current allowance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the app or our services for anything unlawful;
  • import photos you have no right to use;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer for attack, or abuse our servers;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself;
  • misrepresent AI-era template output as something it isn't where that would deceive others.

7. Our intellectual property

The flowshow app, its code, templates, design, and branding are owned by RamiruAI and protected by intellectual-property law. Your rights to use the app under these Terms don't transfer that ownership.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep flowshow available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features (including free-tier limits), and we may update the app. If a change is material to these Terms, we'll update them here with a new date.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties we can't legally exclude — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that exports, sync, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RamiruAI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you haven't paid, the greater of the fees you would have paid or the minimum amount the law allows). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations don't apply to you.

11. Termination

You can stop using flowshow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your content ownership, our IP, disclaimers, liability) do.

12. Apple-specific terms

flowshow is distributed through Apple's App Store; Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Media Services terms also apply to your use of the app and purchases, to the extent they don't conflict with these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no obligation to maintain or support the app, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them against you.
